Designed by Richard Hassell and Wong Mun Summ of an architecture firm WOHO, its innovative design has clinched a prestigious President’s Design Award in 2010.
One of the plus points about this unique piece of work is that the escalators leading the pedestrians down to the train station somehow dramatises our perception of the space.
Because of that, I wouldn’t mind having to take the escalator over and over again just to admire this breath-taking architecture.
